Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard ground shipping via Canada Post is available within Canada & the U.S. mainland (lower 48) FREE on orders over $150 excluding taxes, $14.95 on orders below $150. Transit times vary and are not guaranteed. 
    Estimated guideline Canada: 2 days within the GTA, 3-4 days for the rest of Ontario, Quebec, Manitoba, Saskatchewan & Alberta, 5-7 days for Maritimes & British Columbia.
    Estimated guideline US lower 48: 3-4 days for Mid-West/NorthEast States, 5-7 days for Southern & Western States.
    These are estimates only and not a guarantee of service. Days are business days which do not include weekends or holidays.  If your shipment is time-sensitive kindly opt for 1 or 2 day courier shipping, or contact with your required date and full address info so we can help you select the best method for your needs.
  • Expedited shipping to Canada or US is available- 1 day service is $55 and 2 day service is $35.
  • International Shipments: We offer shipments to many international countries including the U.K., Australia, U.A.E., Japan, Hong Kong, and many others. International shipping is usually quite fast and reliable, however, transit times can vary greatly depending on destination and time of year. We encourage international customers to contact us with their required date & full address information including postal code so we can look into the best options for your needs.
    Express international courier shipping is quoted on an individual basis by order.

Returns & Replacements
  • Kindly select item(s) carefully and contact us with any questions or concerns prior to purchasing. 
  • We do not offer returns or exchanges. We understand it can be difficult to choose items online so we are happy to answer any and all questions or refer you to one of our amazing retail partners or trunk shows where you can experience the designs in person!

    Damages in Transit
  • Should your parcel arrive in poor condition, kindly advise the courier and ensure this is noted prior to signing for the parcel. If possible, take a photo of the parcel prior to opening it. Should the contents be damaged, kindly notify us immediately upon receipt via email or via telephone 416.944.2051 so we can alert the courier and repair or replace your product as needed.

     Wrong Product or Damaged Product Received:

  • In the unlikely event you receive the wrong product, kindly contact us immediately upon receipt and we will replace the product and correct the error.
  • All products are inspected carefully and photographed prior to protective wrapping and shipping. If your product arrives damaged, kindly notify us immediately upon receipt and we will gladly repair or replace the product.
  • Returned products must be unworn and have original tags and packaging intact.
